This research aims to design and develop an e-module based on the Canva application, measure validity of e-modules for legal English courses. uses Research Development (R&D) with ADDIE model five stages: first is analyzing problems, potentials, needs. The second designing determine a Digital application used, design/theme e-module, format. third stage developing that has been previously designed by being developed through application. In addition, at this stage, validation test carried out validators, namely material experts, linguists, media experts feasibility E Module developed. fourth Implementation. practicality effectiveness are law students Bina Bangsa University. final evaluation, evaluation implementing digital Canva-based E-Module improvements have given input experts. Quantitative qualitative data were employed collect information. finding reveals average score eligibility assessment results 91,79 %, 91,86 84,66. conclusion, classified as "Very Eligible," derived from lecture student questionnaires Practical," activities Effective." E-module teaching materials can be utilized lecturers alternate method transmitting information ESP students, allowing provide in manner captures students' attention. was still utilizing online connection, which presented challenge who did not consistent access internet. For upcoming research, it strongly suggested electronic module accessed either or off.
